1ST HOUR £30,    2ND HOUR £20,    3RD HOUR £10

if it takes longer than 3 hours, there's no more charges,  so that's never more than £60 for labour!

There will be some occasions where I will need the computer for a little longer, especially with severe viruses so I may request to take the PC away (unless you want me to move in,) with your permission. I carry a large portable storage device with me so I can back up all your important files there and then, before I start sorting out the problem. Compared to major high street chains and home computing shops my prices are very reasonable and there's the advantage of this service being completely hassle free for you. I order the parts, I do the PC repairs and I come to you. Easy.
